If you asked me for my New Year Resolution, it would be to find out who I am.

Here it is - year 2013. And it follows year 2012, which was full of emotions, adventures, feelings, new people, reconciling with people from the past, learning, struggling, fighting, crying, laughing...
This past year was full of everything, which can be called a part of life. I grew up a lot. I don't regret anything. I do have thoughts sometimes, what would be if I had made a different decision now and then. But I decided to look forward now. Maybe the thing that I call my dream, which I became aware of in 2012 is not actually my dream, but it became my direction for now and I don't want to loose sight of it.

Start of work that I came to love!

This year, I have one main New Year's Resolution and a few smaller to accompany it. The job that I started in China, I want to become a professional in it. That's why I want to work in Poland in the same industry for now and I want to study about it on master course too. This year should be full of only this work related things. Work & Study. Other than that I wish to go on AIESEC internship again, but this time maybe to Japan. Decision about moving the area of my studies to a different direction was very difficult for me, as I love Japanese studies and the language, which I'm gradually starting to forget unfortunately. That's why I wish to gain as much knowledge about my job as I can, so that I am able to work in Japan too one day.

Friends that I came to love!

This year, just like the year before, I will slowly but tenaciously go forward to reach my dreams!
And I wish everyone to be able to realise their New Year's Resolutions this year too!

Happy New Year!

Back home, but never back to the starting point.

The day has come. My adventure in China ended and now I'm back home once again. I knew it was going to end. I was aware that coming back home won't be easy. But the feelings that I hold in my heart now is something that nobody can understand, if they never spend the best times of their lives somewehere far away from home.

Eight months in China gave me so much. Courage, self-confidence, friendship, dreams. It made me feel that I can do anything I want and I can reach to any goal I set for myself. It made me get my wings to fly, believe no Red Bull is needed. I started to believe in people and started to be active about who I am. I changed my ways and I like how it's changed. I managed to realise a dream that I was not able to do anything with for a loooong time, I finally went to Japan. I could face people I like and people I care about. And above all, I had time to think. Time to plan everything I want to do. And now I will not back out, because now I know that only if I say out loud my dreams, hopes and aspirations, only when me, alone, became aware that this is actually what I want to do, only then can I achieve them or at least stand closer to them.

It will be difficult. I know that. It will be hard and boring. But I have time, I will honestly face my fears and doubts. I will take it easy. Step by step, without rushing things, I will definitely reach my goal. I can plan my whole year ahead, but I'm still not too clear about the final goal. So I will take my time to see it clearly.

To be honest, when I came back home after 8 months in China and almost a month in Japan, I wanted to cry. Yes, I was happy to meet my family and enthusiastic to meet my friends. But when I was thinking about even trivial matters like, food or living conditions.... I wanted to cry. I want to eat Asian food and live alone, is what I thought at first. I want to see Asian faces, and listen to Chinese or Japanese. I want people to smaller, less open, more polite... I want to go back to Asia. But I can't forget my other dreams and can't forget my future.

It's time to think about New Yer's resolutions again and I believe that year 2013 will be the most important year of my life. Or this is what I'm gonna make it. I will make it the most life affecting year of my life. And for this I will try my best!

For coming back with the blog in such a heavy way, I'm very sorry!

Go for the moon. If you don't get it, you'll still be heading for a star.

Two days off didn't go to waste.

Monday. After half of the day spent on overthinking everything that happened over last few days I went to the class on teaching of foreign languages. It was fun as always. Every week I'm starting to believe in teachers more and more. The teacher who conducts this class is a Japanese women, who specializes in teaching Japanese language to foreigners. She was teaching in Canada, USA and Taiwan, now she came to Poland. I don't doubt her experience, as it's more than 10 that she's been teaching. And I want to learn as much as I can from her. Although I don't think I can be a good teacher. Nor do I strive to become one.

Christmas illumination on one bridge on my way home.

Tuesday was the day when Pam started Christmas cleaning. I cleaned the window in my room. Maybe nothing, but I had this great sense of accomplishment that can't be achieved easily!
And an event of the day! The teacher who conducts Monday classes had a presentation about Japanese Christmas and New Year celebrations. It was really interesting, and as it was in Japanese, it was a great opportunty to listen to Japanese language. My friends, M&Ms were translating. It's their new nickname. By they I mean my two friends from University, both has the same name - Marta, so they are ebing called M&Ms ^^

Miss Tanaka's presentation. Ranking of the best presents for New Year's. Best 2: money. Best 1: food.

That's how the traditional first bow in new year should look like!
Btw, the new year 2012 is the Year of Dragon!

Days 23 & 24 of 30: COMPLETE!
